From the advanced boot options, select safe mode.Ħ. If the laptop shows you a keyboard error, restart the process again.ĥ.

Continue pressing the F8 function key until you see the menu for Advanced Boot Options.Ĥ. Once you see the Windows symbol and the setup option showing on the screen during the startup, immediately hold down the F8 function key.ģ.
